Is this the year?
Is this the year you take more intentional steps toward things that are important to you?
You know.
The things you’ve wanted to do.
The things you believe you should do.
Of course, there’s work to be done. There are things to be paid for, like groceries, a mortgage or rent, property taxes, and tuition.
Here’s the big question.
Amid the obligations of everyday life, will we take the time to purposefully move our lives forward toward the things that matter most?
At some point during the year, Most of us will see our doctor for an annual physical examination regarding our physical health.
But what about the health of your soul?
What about the health of your relationships? What about the health of your career?
What about your emotional and psychological health?
Consider doing a Life & Work Self-Examination.
What is it?
It’s an opportunity to look at the current state of your life and compare it with what you want for your life.
And then identify reasonable and measurable steps to help you make meaningful progress toward closing the gap.
